Vietnamese Lemongrass Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 lb (500 g) chicken thigh, sliced
- 2 stalks lemongrass, minced (tender part)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) fish sauce
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) soy sauce
- 2 tsp (10 ml) sugar
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) oil
- Scallions, lime
Steps
- Marinate chicken with lemongrass, garlic, fish sauce, soy, and sugar (20–30 minutes).
- Stir-fry in hot oil until caramelized and cooked through.
- Top with scallions; serve with lime over rice.
