Veggie Sushi Rolls

Ingredients

  • 3 nori sheets
  • 2 cups (400 g) sushi rice, cooked & seasoned
  • Cucumber, carrot, avocado, bell pepper (matchsticks)
  • Soy sauce, wasabi, pickled ginger

Steps

  1. Spread rice over nori; arrange vegetables.
  2. Roll tightly and slice. Serve with soy, wasabi, and ginger.
