Veggie Sushi Rolls
Ingredients
- 3 nori sheets
- 2 cups (400 g) sushi rice, cooked & seasoned
- Cucumber, carrot, avocado, bell pepper (matchsticks)
- Soy sauce, wasabi, pickled ginger
Steps
- Spread rice over nori; arrange vegetables.
- Roll tightly and slice. Serve with soy, wasabi, and ginger.
