Sesame-Ginger Noodles with Vegetables
Ingredients
- 10 oz (300 g) noodles (udon/lo mein/spaghetti)
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) sesame oil
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) soy sauce
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) honey or sugar
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups mixed veg (carrot, pepper, broccoli)
- Sesame seeds, scallions
Steps
- Cook noodles; rinse briefly.
- Stir-fry veg in a little oil until crisp-tender. Whisk sesame oil, soy, vinegar, honey, ginger, and garlic.
- Toss noodles with veg and sauce; garnish with sesame seeds and scallions.
