Classic Lasagna with Bechamel

Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 1 lb (500 g) ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 24 oz (700 ml) marinara
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) butter
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) flour
  • 3 cups (750 ml) milk
  • 2 cups (200 g) mozzarella, shredded

  1. Cook beef with onion; stir in marinara and simmer briefly.
