Vieux Carré
Ingredients
- 1 oz (3 cl) rye whiskey
- 1 oz (3 cl) cognac
- 1 oz (3 cl) sweet vermouth
- 1 barspoon Bénédictine
- 2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Steps
- Stir with ice until chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass.
- Garnish with lemon twist.
