Ingredients

  • 2 oz (6 cl) rye whiskey
  • 1 sugar cube
  • 3 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
  • Absinthe rinse

Steps

  1. Muddle sugar and bitters; add whiskey and ice, stir.
  2. Rinse chilled glass with absinthe.
  3. Strain into the rinsed glass.
