Ingredients

• 2 oz (6 cl) gin
• 1/2 oz (1.5 cl) lemon juice
• 1/2 oz (1.5 cl) lime juice
• 1 oz (3 cl) simple syrup
• 2 oz (6 cl) cream
• 1 egg white
• 2 dashes orange flower water
• Soda water to top

Steps

1. Dry shake all but soda to emulsify.
2. Shake with ice until very frothy and chilled.
3. Strain into a tall glass and top with soda.
