Ramos Gin Fizz
Ingredients
- 2 oz (6 cl) gin
- 1/2 oz (1.5 cl) lemon juice
- 1/2 oz (1.5 cl) lime juice
- 1 oz (3 cl) simple syrup
- 2 oz (6 cl) cream
- 1 egg white
- 2 dashes orange flower water
- Soda water to top
Steps
- Dry shake all but soda to emulsify.
- Shake with ice until very frothy and chilled.
- Strain into a tall glass and top with soda.
