Ingredients

• 2 oz (6 cl) bourbon
• 10 mint leaves
• 1/3 oz (1 cl) simple syrup

Steps

1. Muddle mint leaves with simple syrup in a julep cup.
2. Add bourbon and crushed ice; stir to frost the cup.
3. Garnish with a mint sprig.
