Ingredients

• 2 oz (6 cl) bourbon
• 2/3 oz (2 cl) honey syrup
• 2/3 oz (2 cl) lemon juice

Steps

1. Shake with ice until well chilled.
2. Strain into a rocks glass.
3. Garnish with lemon twist.
